I’ve been so looking forward to the beginning of SummerStage season and oh my, what a start! Just as a reminder, SummerStage was launched 25 years ago in Central Park providing a broad range of FREE arts, sports, concerts and education programs.
So in celebration of its anniversary, a host of musicians played songs from Simon & Garfunkel’s work. Even Art graced us with his presence to kick-off the evening. An incredible, gorgeous spring evening topped off with drinking wine, listening and swaying to music taking me right back to the early 70’s. I’m still humming Bridge Over Troubled Waters!
