This group of bagpipers and drummer went from pub to pub serenading us all. I ran across them in front of Emerald Inn which is right around the corner from the Gotham Den. Then later they showed up at another pub a couple blocks away. After yesterday, I have definitely learned that St. Patrick’s day in the city equals Halloween, without the kids.
