See what happens when you spend time in a mezcaleria?
For all of you inquiring minds…What’s the difference between mezcal and tequila? Well, tequila must be made from the blue agave plant and mezcal can be made from more than 30 varieties of agave, including the blue. Plus there’s some differences in the production process too.
If you find yourself visiting Patzcuaro, Mexico…
be sure to stop by El Carajo Mezcaleria and chat with Adalberto!
He’s the mezcal master!
btw…as you may have guessed…the next day was kinda slow…

(p.s. thanks to my friend suzan for the photos of moi!)

I love how the wig got passed around, Robin. The first time I saw you in it, I didn’t know it was you until Astrid told me. HA! Now I see the “story” unfolded before my very eyes.
Sometimes the only way to make it through the maze is to have a few slow days thrown in. Thank God for them! 🙂

Too funny! You aren’t the first that didn’t recognize me! Ha! Thank you!!
