The gotham girl with Dr. Jyothi
The children were eager to pose for photos!
And fascinated with the instax mini camera! (Note the blue curls…)
Saying goodbye was very very hard…but until next time! (Quite a transformation in the gotham girl, huh?)

Love, Love, Love the way you captured each sprit in the moment. I also LOVE the blue curls and the art work on your hands/feet. Please share what that is all about and how long it lasts. Great JOB!

Thank you! First, the henna or Mehndi as it’s often referred to in India. It’s a decorative art form used for ceremonies and different rituals for centuries. My thoughts are since it was such a special day for the children (and ME!) one of the gals thought it was appropriate. It took about an hour to dry and it’s pretty much disappeared now. As far as the blue, you know how I get a hair up my ass and want to change things up? Well that’s a result, ha ha! Did it a couple of weeks prior to India. Tried to remember to share on skype, but we were so occupied with other discussions! Which by the way I thoroughly enjoyed! xoxoxo

You look like a princess saying goodbye to her people. Sweet! This was a good lesson, appreciate what you have because Tomorrow it might not be there. Love you friend.

I love all the color in the clothing….from Dr. Jyothia to the children. The smiles, laughter and curiosity in each of the children’s faces is simply beautiful. I am in love with all of them!!!

Maybe my favorite of your series. Seeing you immersed and involved with the kids…smiling and enjoying your time and adventures there. Quite an experience – I would imagine!!
