Today my daily buddha told me to have a wonderful day and if nobody told you that you were special, needed and that they loved you, you may need to get new people in your life! How wonderful to be reminded that I’m so lucky to have such a fabulous circle of friends!
But today is even more special since it’s International Women’s Day, and I just want all the women in my life to know how much you’re appreciated, how much I’m inspired by all of you and how my life is so much richer today because of each and every one of you!

You’ve been in my circle longer than you know it! Thanks for your note! The “love you more” started two years ago when one of my older twin sister passed away and the twins had always said that to each other. So now it’s common in our family and has a special meaning amongst my parents, my sister and me. So naturally it has moved into my circle of girlfriends. GH and I used to work together, where friendship was difficult while in a reporting relationship. So I’m thrilled that after all the corporate bullshit got out of the way, we are now really fristers! Thus my nickname, Frissy. 🙂
When I was a little girl, my father gave me a special necklace with wonderful words so I am passing it to you.
