As the New York Time’s headline revealed…a march with added spring in its step! So true! The annual Gay Pride March is one of my favorite events to attend here in NYC. There’s always so much energy and playfulness amongst the participants and with the Supreme Court ruling announced just four days prior…well let’s just say it was one heck of a party!

I love your pictures, I have never been to a Gay Parade. I know the one in Amsterdam is always with boats through the canals. Maybe one day we will join them in the celebrations.

I had my day of Pride parades in Atlanta many eons ago, Robin, but I have a feeling they’d be much more outrageous now, especially in NYC. Thank you for “being there” to pave the way for all of us who just want people to see that love really is love, no matter what/who.
