OMG, love your street photographs. I don’t know how some of these peeps weren’t sweating, though. It’s been hotter and way more humid here than back home since I’ve been here.
I can’t decide if I’m more impressed with the guy who’s dancing muscle tone or the fact that he is smart to be wearing gloves and not touching the gross sidewalk with his bare hands.
I always love your candid portraits, just the way the people look at you!
But what’s with the chick on the ground? A 911 call, acting, or just another body to step-over??
xoxoxo
I think these are conditioned New Yorkers!! Ha! I think this gal was acting…but in this city one never knows. She did have a friend with her so I didn’t feel she was in need of help! Probably posing for a photo op, lol!
The old lady at the window smiling down at you! Imagine the stories she could tell. Your portraits of the people of NY gives the rest of us a glimpse into the wonderful place you are living.
I read the comments and I agree with it shows that you LOVE the City…. period…
The portrait of the old lady in the window is my favorite. Wouldn’t it amazing if you could come into her apartment and have a photo shoot in her natural environment??
Love and hugs.
Robin, your portraits always blow me completely away!
Thank you!!!
these are wonderful showing life in a city. thanks
Thanks Pat!
Diversity is never in short supply in “your city..” Love it, and you, MORE!!!
Now that is for sure! xo
Love the black & white photos! How can you not love your city. It is the best playground I know. xoxo
And even a better playground when friends come to visit! xo
