If there is one thing that I absolutely ADORE about photography is finding amazing textures to capture.
And oh…what a discovery this afternoon…
in the northern part of Central Park at the Lasker Rink and Pool.

I love all the colors and if you really look close, you can see images within each photo. I see an Egyptian Queen with her eyes, nose and mouth just below her beautiful headdress in the first photo. I see a big Rino in the second photo, a cow walking through deep snow in the third, a whale coming up out of the water in the forth and a horse with snow on it’s head leaving only one eye and one nostril showing in the fifth photo. Do you see any of that? Great shots, thanks for sharing. XoXo

What I enjoy most about your photography is one is never quite sure what you will serve up. One day its strong architectural forms, the next, soft feminine mood shots, and next bullets and a bare shoulder. I love your freedom of expression and openness to play. No getting stuck in box for my Robin!

There is a line from Dylan Thomas I’ve always loved on the subject of getting older. “Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Do not go quietly into that dark night” and your great and impressive friend seems to embody that spirit as few do. I know another lady who also has an amazing sense of life and adventure, and she happens to be in the same photograph. No wonder you get on so well together. What I wouldn’t do to sit down with the pair of you and exchange tales. That would be a conversation to savour in my opinion.

I definitely see a broadening of your style so I guess your other inputs are definitely influencing you, these are superb and would be missed by most folk. They would indeed make for some great wall art printed large on foam board.
