I must admit, I do have a bit of a green thumb. I’m sure growing up on a farm and learning from my parents helped, in addition to all the years of having two seasons for growing annuals in Scottsdale. So I just had to chuckle when I was in the process of repotting to replace my basil plant from the summer.
Now I use a fork and the one foot of space in my tiny kitchen to make it all happen. I don’t have to worry about watering it every few days, covering it up when it gets cold outside and having someone check on it when I travel. Life is good. Yep, less can be better.
