What a wonderful surprise to find 88 artist-designed pianos all together today at Lincoln Center after spending the last couple of weeks spread about in parks and public spaces throughout the five boroughs of New York City! Such fun to take part in the finale!
Of course…it was also the people that made it special!
That made my day – such a wonderful idea! And the pictures are beautiful. I love the lady in lilac …
What experience ! Nice street idea… All generation and all colors… and noise !
How I wish I were there…..
How FUN! Great post. Thanks for sharing. XXOO
I can just imagine the thrill of seeing and hearing this, Robin. OMG. I especially like the guy’s t-shirt in the top image: Art For All. Definitely our universal language!
I LOVE YOUR CITY!! excuse me for shouting.
So enjoyed these images. I love the intimacy you managed to capture in the middle of Lincoln Center!
Music is for everybody and music makes happy and we don’t need to speak any language.
If you can read music, you can play!
