Yes, my addiction started at an early age and I’ve yet to shake it.
Bread.
It started with Rainbow white bread. Besides feeling like I’d won the bread lottery captured in the above photo, I can vividly remember as a child going to my annual school carnival and eating the baby loafs provided by the local Rainbow bread company. So soft and I could easily devour one in seconds. Not minutes, seconds.
Now it’s airy Italian bread and crunchy French baguettes…with olive oil and shaved parmesan cheese or perhaps slightly melted goat cheese…
I think I need professional help. Even more so after a weekend of dining in NYC…so stay tuned for the next post and make sure you’ve eaten before you read it. I’m off to exercise.

You and Shantel should start a bakery. She LOVES bread too and it started about the same age. She graduated to the airy Italian or crunchy French baguettes as well. I know you maintain your figure through biking and other extensive exercise but she doesn’t do any type intended excercise. Right now she is tall and thin.. but I keep telling her it will catch up with her sooner or later. She just laughs and says I would rather have my bread and be happy than worry about all that mom. Well, we all know 17 yr olds have all the answers to life…right?
