…street art fascinates me.
I’m not talking about tagging and the vandalism and destruction of private and public property…
real street art…
Dublin did not disappoint…

Some people and city officials get it, others don’t. And that’s ok, I just think it’s a perfect way to freshen up our concrete jungles! When we tap into the creativity of street artists, illustrators and graphic designers…to me it brings a fresh approach to old buildings, bridges, and walls. So when Bella’s weekly prompt for the 52 Photos Project was something vivid, sparkly, reflective, bright, lots of color…so pleased that Dublin was able to provide!
Tales of the city…only this time the city is Dublin…Just like sharing my love for New York City…there’s the love of sharing images and thoughts about other cities and countries as well. Perhaps my travel experience and images will inspire you to visit too, but if that isn’t possible at the moment…sit back and let me bring Dublin, Ireland to you…

Street art paradise. Great pictures, and if only they could talk, what would be the story behind it?

I’m with you. No-talent taggers can just put their spray paint away, but real street art is fun, surprising, and usually witty too.

I so agree with you—love street art!
Your image of “Hold Fast” is my favorite! I’d hang that on a wall in my house!
